According to the article 10 of Italian Law 193/2003, User declares to be wholly acknowledged about finality and modality of data processing, freely given by himself at the moment of service acceptance. User also declares to know that:
- the personal data is recorded in a safe electronic database and is used for institutional finalities connected with ANTRAX IT activities;
- data processing conferment is not compulsory;
- ANTRAX IT s.r.l., Via boscalto 40, 31023, Resana - TV - ITALY, is responsible for data processing;
- referring to article 13 of Italian Law 675/96, he is always able to require the modification, cancellation or integration of his personal data, by requesting such change to
